National Minority Business Program Manager’s Seminar
The National Minority Business Program Manager’s Seminar provides supplier diversity the opportunity to gather and discuss the latest trends, challenges and best practices in minority supplier development. The seminar offers program managers guidance for establishing key strategies that are aligned with overall business goals and objectives. The interactive program encompasses the key elements of supplier diversity and aims to keep program managers up-to-date on minority supplier development issues affecting their job responsibilities and corporations. The seminar will be heldJuly 10-12, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, located at 2233 South Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Chicago, IL 60616. The seminar is free for each NMSDC corporate contact. There is a $1,200 fee to send an additional participant from a member corporation. Early Registration is $1,000 untilApril 28, 2017. Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity
The Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) is a professional designation for individuals tasked with creating diverse supplier initiatives. The CPSD certification trains participants to create high-impact supplier diversity outcomes. Designed for professionals who are in charge of diversity initiatives, the certification gives them the exemplary skills and recognition in all aspects of supply management. The CPSD training will be on May 17, 2017 at the New York Hilton Midtown, located at 1335 Avenue of the Americas, New York NY 10019.
